    2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

    Return Shipping:
    1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Yaadman Official Luxury Club error.
    2. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

    Inspection and Processing:
    1. Once your return is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with our return policy.
    2. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the completion of the inspection.
    3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    Exchanges:
    1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

    Damaged or Defective Items:
    1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue for prompt assistance.
